The company started in 2001 working for the Qualification Curriculum Authority, leading a national team evaluating the quality of the assessment undertaken by training providers/colleges of customer service level 3 qualifications. ANTERIOR Management’s Managing Director was the national team leader for this project.
LSC regional and national contracts commenced with ANTERIOR consultants supporting a range of ESF and LSC funded organisations in improving their systems in order to successfully gain and run a government-funded contract.
In 2006 ANTERIOR Management won a tender to provide call-off consultancy support to the LSC National Employer Service to provide quality improvement support to national employers engaged in a government-funded training contract.
ANTERIOR Management edited one year and then wrote the LSC’s national learner satisfaction survey for work-based learning and lead the team of three consultancy companies working on this project with NOP and the LSC.
ANTERIOR Management Limited successfully bid and ran several area wide review teams across four local authorities and their local LSCs. Teams were up to 7 people and were led by ANTERIOR Management’s Managing Director.
Evaluated the pilot for the national apprenticeship website and subsequently ran the development of this in the South West on behalf of the LSC.
National workshops and conferences on behalf of the National LSC, local LSCs, networks and independent organisations.
Written qualifications and learning programmes for awarding bodies and training organisations.
ANTERIOR Management’s Managing Director is often called upon to support other consultancy organisations in their projects: providing specialist knowledge, leading teams and running workshops as examples.
