Employers across the UK spend £billions every year on education and training for their employees. This covers foundation, under-graduate and post-graduate degrees through HNCs, FE diplomas, certificates and awards, qualifications required to meet legislation and non-regulated qualifications. ANTERIOR Management supports employers in the design and development of their employee learning programmes, including writing both regulated and non-regulated qualifications to meet their needs and implementing appropriate quality management systems.
ANTERIOR Management also works with FE colleges, local authorities and training organisations to develop and establish high-quality education and training programmes delivered directly and through subcontractors, preparing learning resources, implementing and reviewing quality management systems, conducting quality and performance reviews of both direct and subcontracted provision and carrying out observations of teaching, learning and assessment.
Particular specialisations are English, mathematics and ICT; safeguarding and equality, diversity and inclusion; and programmes for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
