Taking the Strain
ANTERIOR Management’s staff are practitioners who have up-to-date expertise and experience in delivering apprenticeships and other education and training programmes. This is gained through interim management assignments, both full- and part-time, across operations, curriculum and quality management roles in FE colleges, local authority adult education services and other training organisations. Interim roles can extend from a few weeks to a whole academic year. Recently, ANTERIOR Management has supplied two, long-term, interim curriculum managers to a Grade 1 training organisation with responsibility for over 5,500 learners.
The expertise and experience of ANTERIOR Management’s staff means that they are also able to fill interim roles in the customers and suppliers to those delivering training programmes. For example, Anne Ashworth was interim Director of Quality for an organisation supplying management information systems into the FE sector and also Quality Manager for an employer’s subcontracted apprenticeship programme.
